J&M Franchise Opportunities

There are currently 9 J&M Biltong Franchise stores within the Western Cape.
The franchised stores are done in the same image and theme as our corporate stores
J&M store within a store concept.
We install biltong bars into selected supermarkets at our cost.
We provide adequate training for our franchisees, which includes practical on the job training with one of our more experienced staff members as well as providing a comprehensive training manual. This training will incorporate all tasks and knowledge required for the basis of your daily running and management of the kiosk.

Head Office will consistently provide support and additional training or any help required to ensure that staff running the kiosk work within our business policies in terms of service and quality.

As a franchisee you will be running your own business, yet within the parameters of the J&M brand and business system. In operating a J&M Biltong Franchise, you will have of responsibilities and a duty to the brand which incorporate:

•	Superiority in service and customer relations;
•	Ensuring the quality of our product with proper management and rotation;
•	Ensuring proper knowledge of our products;
•	We expect store personnel running the kiosk to adhere to our customer service policies.
